We at Phenoh, Inc. (“Phenoh,”“we,” “us,” or “our”) created this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) because we know that you care about how information you provide to us is used and shared.  This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and use practices of Phenoh in connection with our website located at www.Phenoh.com (the “Site), for the purposes of product purchases and sharing of content and information via our Site and online blog and any mobile application services (collectively, “Services”) by Phenoh registered Members (“Members”)who are registered with us directly or via Facebook, Twitter, Google + and other social networks (collectively, “Social Media”). By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Information we collect

Any information collected by us will be used only by us to improve our products, services, and our website.  We collect information from you when you register on the Site, place an order, enter a contest or sweepstakes ,respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another Site feature.  When ordering or registering, we may ask you for your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information or other relevant information.  You may, however, visit our Site anonymously.

If you register and sign-in through Facebook Connect, Google+ Connect or Twitter Connect and other SocialMedia membership sites, you are authorizing Phenoh to collect, store, and use, in accordance with this Privacy Policy, any and all information that you agreed that the respective Social Media sites would provide to Phenoh through their respective Application Programming Interface. Such information may include, without limitation, your first and last name, Social Media username, profile picture, unique identifiers and access tokens, and e-mail addresses.  In thisPrivacy Policy, we refer to all of this information as “Personal Information.”

Like most web sites, we use automatic data collection technology when you visit our Site to record information that identifies your computer, to track your use of our Site, and to collect certain basic information about you and your surfing habits.  This information includes information about your operating system, your IP addresses, browser type and language, referring and exit pages and URLs, keywords, date and time, amount of time spent on particular pages, what sections of a website you visit, and similar information concerning your use of the Site and its Services.

We do not collect PersonalInformation in this way, but if you’ve provided us with such information we may associate that information with the information that is collected automatically. Our services providers may perform automatic data collection on our behalf.

We may also collect information about gift recipients so that we can fulfill the gift purchase.  The information we collect about gift recipients is not used for marketing purposes. Use of Information

We may use the Personal Information we collect from you when you register, purchase products, enter a contest or promotion ,respond to a survey or marketing communication, surf the website, or use certain other Site features in the following ways:

Refer a Friend/Forward-to-a-Friend Functionality

If you feel that information about us could be useful for a third party you know (e.g. your friends or family members), you may use our forward-to-a-friend functionality or Social Media sharing functionalities on our Site.  If you use our referral services, we may ask you for your party’s email address. We will automatically send your party a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Site.  We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.  We may also run certain sales incentives via such a program and you may be sent a discount code for future purchases.

Information Disclosures

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer tooutside parties your Personal Information unless we provide you with advancenotice, except as described below.  Italso does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist usin operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long asthose parties agree to keep this Information confidential.  We may also release any Personal Informationwhen we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our Sitepolicies, or protect ours or others' rights, property, or safety.

Opting-out, Removing or Modifying Information provided

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section.  Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our Site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information.Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
